What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?For wholesale orders, each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement. We require a minimum of one carton per product item. Please contact us for more information about the specific MOQ for the products you're interested in. We do not have a minimum order value for total orders, so feel free to order what you need, as long as the MOQ for each item is met.

What is the processing time for reorders?In-stock products: Orders for products that are in stock typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship. Out-of-stock products: For items not in stock, we will communicate the expected lead time based on restocking schedules. We will work closely with you to confirm the timing and delivery details. If you have any urgency or need specific shipping arrangements, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Where are your products shipped from?Our warehouse is currently located in California. All orders will be processed and shipped from this location. As we grow, we may expand our operations to the East Coast. If this happens, we will notify our customers via updates on our website and social media platforms.

How can I place a reorder?Reordering is easy! You can place your reorder by following one of these methods: Order Sheet: You can submit an order sheet through our website, detailing the products (item#) and quantities you wish to reorder. Email: Alternatively, you can email our with your order details, and we will process it for you. If you’re unsure about which products to reorder or have any questions, our team is here to assist you.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
