Shipping Information

Aroma Crown International Inc. is registered in Colorado, but our warehouse is currently located in California. All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our California facility. While we are excited about the growth of our business, we plan to expand to the East Coast once our customer base grows to a level that supports this transition. Be sure to stay updated by visiting our website and following us on social media for any announcements regarding this expansion.

Currently, we do not have a minimum order value requirement for wholesale purchases. However, please note that there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each product, and we require a minimum of one carton per product type.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not included in the product pricing. To ensure the best possible service, we will charge an estimated shipping fee of 15% of the total order amount. This is an estimate based on standard shipping rates, and the actual shipping cost will be calculated once your order is processed. We will notify you of any significant changes to the shipping costs before processing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and the wholesale business model, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged during transit. If you receive damaged goods or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation. We strive to ensure all shipments are delivered in a timely manner. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and external factors such as weather conditions or logistics delays.
